I got these because I needed a bunch of towels without spending a ton, and in that sense they’re fine. Like, some of them actually feel soft, which was a nice surprise, but then a couple came out of the wash looking thinner than I expected and had a few loose threads. Not a disaster or anything, I’ve definitely bought worse, but they’re more “stock the linen closet” towels than “put these out for guests” towels. I might buy them again if I needed a big batch in a pinch, but I wouldn’t get them if I wanted something nicer or more plush.

I don’t know what else people expect, but for my shop this was a good option. Ordering towels in bulk was simple, the pricing made sense, and everything was straightforward enough. I’d use it again for larger orders

I had a feeling this would ship quickly based on the other reviews, and yep, that was exactly right. It showed up way sooner than I expected and everything went smoothly with no issues at all.

I ordered some towels and had to send a few back, the whole return process was a complete headache. The info was buried or unclear, I had to sit around waiting for responses, and then I got stuck paying more than I expected just to ship them back. It really felt like they set it up to be frustrating on purpose so people give up. That’s on them, and I’m definitely not ordering from them again.

These towels are okay, but they’re not quite as absorbent as I expected them to be. After a few washes they do work a bit better, so I’ll give them that, but it still takes longer than it should to actually dry off. They’re decent, just not really living up to the absorbency I was hoping for.

I ordered the navy and gray towels for our rental, and the colors were about what I expected from the photos. The navy might be just a little darker in person, but not in a bad way, and the gray looked accurate too.
